This residence is perfect for students who want to be right in the action –nestled within the heart of Perth and just 30 minutes by public transport from school. Students have the choice of either a single or twin room in a shared unit with two other rooms, a shared bathroom, kitchen, living room with a TV, WIFI, and free to use laundry facilities. Each room is furnished with a desk, chair and a wardrobe – students are also provided with linen but will need to bring their own towels. Students will need to cater for themselves, but a cleaning service for the rooms is available for an extra fee. Students will be able to socialise with their housemates and enjoy the Australian sunshine in the cosy outdoor patio area.
